Maryborough District Family History Society is a Society based on family research and history and in regard to the current debate in the community regarding the “Save the Old Township” development. The Society is focused on researching and preserving family history for future generations. The old sites, buildings, records and photos are a major resource we use to gather information.
In regard to petitions, rallies, and actions regarding the development, the Society will not be participating in any of the events going on but if a member of the Society wishes to do so they will be doing it as an individual (not as a representative of the Society)  and are free to act on their own views regarding this development
We have an online application form now available so if your interested in becoming a member of the society then fill in the form and drop it down to us.
